Hello and my name is Guy, a professionally trained and actively performing musician, piano teacher, singing teacher and father of two. I teach from my home in Solihull and am very proud of the achievements of my pupils, be they ABRSM, GCSE or Music Scholars... or those who learn for pure pleasure.

My current students range from 6 to 70 and encompass a variety of different expectations and aspirations. ABRSM exam results are excellent with Merit and Distinction the norm. I focus on building competence and confidence in my students, believing that the foundation of a 'classical' training equips you for all styles of the performing arts. I encourage those I work with to complete some level of written music theory; it's very empowering and will help gain the most from our time together.
